
Spaghetti with Creamy Bacon Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 pkg (200g) streaky bacon, cut in small pieces
- 1 pkt of spaghetti, follow the cooking instruction
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 20cl of uht cream
- 4 tbs grated parmesan cheese
- Pepper to taste
Method:
- In a small sauce pan cook the bacon until golden
- Drain the excess fat, add the garlic and the cream
- Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce reaches the desired thickness, and set aside while the pasta is cooking
- Drain the pasta and add to the sauce, add some parmesan cheese
