Spaghetti with Creamy Bacon Sauce

  • 2 pkg (200g) streaky bacon, cut in small pieces
  • 1 pkt of spaghetti, follow the cooking instruction
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 20cl of uht cream
  • 4 tbs grated parmesan cheese
  • Pepper to taste


  1. In a small sauce pan cook the bacon until golden
  2. Drain the excess fat, add the garlic and the cream
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce reaches the desired thickness, and set aside while the pasta is cooking
  4. Drain the pasta and add to the sauce, add some parmesan cheese
