Ingredients:
1 pkg of lamb and beef sausages
1 can (400g) of garlic and tomato sauce, or whole peeled tomatoes
One medium eggplant, diced (optional)
200g of couscous, follow the cooking instructions according to the package directions
1 tbs of olive oil
Method:
In a skillet cook sausages for 3 minutes on each side under medium heat
Add the tomato sauce (and eggplant if using) and let simmer for 5 minutes, until cooked thoroughly
To cook the couscous poor boiling salted water over couscous (1.5 of water to one volume of dry couscous), cover tightly and let absorb the liquid for five minutes
Fluff with a fork, adding the olive oil
Place couscous on a plate and serve the sauce and sausages over it

2 pkg of chipolata sausages
1 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb (454g) pumpkin diced
1 lb carrots diced
1 red pepper, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, thinly sliced
2 sticks of celery, sliced
½ leek, sliced
2 tbs olive oil
Method:
In a skillet, cook sausages for 5 minutes under medium heat until cooked thoroughly
Remove the sausages from skillet, set aside
In the same skillet, heat the olive oil and add the onion and sweet pepper, sauté for 2-3 minutes
Add the garlic and the vegetables, stir, add salt and pepper to taste, then add the chipolatas and cover
Stir frequently on a low heat, until vegetables are cooked

2 pkg (200g) streaky bacon, cut in small pieces
1 pkt of spaghetti, follow the cooking instruction
2 cloves of garlic
20cl of uht cream
4 tbs grated parmesan cheese
Pepper to taste
Method:
In a small sauce pan cook the bacon until golden
Drain the excess fat, add the garlic and the cream
Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce reaches the desired thickness, and set aside while the pasta is cooking
Drain the pasta and add to the sauce, add some parmesan cheese

1 pkg (454g) lentils
½ medium onion, chopped
2 branches of parsley and celery
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 carrot, diced
1 sweet pepper, diced
1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
2 tbs vegetable oil
Method:
In a large pan on medium heat sauté the onions and sweet pepper for 5 minutes
Rinse and examine the lentils
Add the lentils, the sausages and remaining ingredients to the pan, with two cups of water
Simmer gently for 20 minutes until desired tenderness is reached, add salt to taste

1 lb (500g) bow tie pasta
2 tbs olive oil
1 medium onion sliced into thin wedges
1 zucchini thinly sliced
1 tin (400g) diced tomatoes
3 garlic cloves, minced
salt and pepper
Method:
In a skillet cook sausages for 15 minutes under medium heat until cooked thoroughly
Remove the sausages from skillet, allow to cool, cut into small slices and set aside
In the same skillet, heat the olive oil, add the onion, and sauté for 2-3 minutes
Add the garlic and zucchini
Cook the pasta in salt water according to package directions
Add the sliced sausages, tomatoes, salt and pepper
Drain the pasta and add the sausages and sauce, toss to combine and serve immediately

1 pkg (400g) gammon (thaw in the refrigerator)
1 pkg (227g) fresh mushrooms, sliced
700g broccoli, washed and cut to flower sizes
10 cl UHT cream
1 tbs butter
salt & black pepper to taste
Method:
Cook the broccoli in salted boiling water for 5 minutes then drain and cool under running water and place on a platter
Preheat skillet at medium heat and add gammon slices for 5 minutes, then turn them over
Add the mushrooms and cream, and let simmer for 5 more minutes
Add salt and pepper to taste
Place the gammon slices on the platter and pour the sauce over the broccoli
