
Gammon & Mushroom with Broccoli

Ingredients:
- 1 pkg (400g) gammon (thaw in the refrigerator)
- 1 pkg (227g) fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 700g broccoli, washed and cut to flower sizes
- 10 cl UHT cream
- 1 tbs butter
- salt & black pepper to taste
Method:
- Cook the broccoli in salted boiling water for 5 minutes then drain and cool under running water and place on a platter
- Preheat skillet at medium heat and add gammon slices for 5 minutes, then turn them over
- Add the mushrooms and cream, and let simmer for 5 more minutes
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Place the gammon slices on the platter and pour the sauce over the broccoli
